Psalm 51 & Repentance

Psalm 51 shows that real repentance is not trying harder but receiving God’s mercy. In this message we unpack how God opens our eyes, breaks our hearts over sin, and creates in us a new heart that restores joy, worship, and witness. Scriptures include Psalm 51, Acts 11:18, 2 Corinthians 7:10, Ezekiel 36:26–27, and 1 John 1:8–9.

Day 5: Joy, Worship, and Witness

Scripture: Psalm 51:13–17; 2 Corinthians 5:17
Devotional Thought: Forgiven people become singing people and sending people. Repentance restores joy and puts a testimony on your lips. God uses renewed hearts to renew others.
Reflection Question: Who needs to hear your story of God’s mercy this week, and how will you share it?
Prayer: Lord, open my lips to praise You and to tell others what You have done. Use my repentance to invite others home.
Action Step: Text or DM one friend today. Share one concrete way God is changing you and ask how you can pray for them.
