At The Crossings Church, our leadership team is dedicated to guiding individuals on their spiritual journey to Jesus. Committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive community, we strive to help each person grow in their faith through authentic worship, meaningful discipleship, and compassionate outreach. By living out the teachings of Christ and providing opportunities for connection and growth, we aim to lead others in experiencing the transformative power of God’s love and grace.
Rev. Phil Graves

Rev. Phil Graves

Pastor

Phil Graves has served our church since November of 2011. He loves teaching and preaching God’s Word and sharing God’s love with our community.

Phil is a 1995 graduate of Cedarville University. He has a Bachelors in History. He received his Masters in Biblical Studies from Antietam Bible Seminary, in 2007. Along with being a pastor at The Crossings, Phil is a a web and graphic designer. He owns his own company, All Saints Media.

Phil has been married to his wife Kristie since April of 2003, and is the father of 5 beautiful children, Kara, Ethan, Owen, Elliana, and Briella.

Rev. Justin Wyckoff

Rev. Justin Wyckoff

Pastor

Justin Wyckoff was born and raised in Pueblo Colorado where he lived the majority of his life. He graduated from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in Christian studies with an emphasis in Youth ministry in 2017 and received his Master’s degree in Apologetics in 2019 from Luther Rice Seminary. Pastor Justin previously served as Youth Pastor in churches in Colorado and Tennessee before joining our team in September of 2019.

Pastor Justin is married to Maggie Wyckoff and is the father of 6 wonderful children, Sean, Kevin, Alekzander, Micah, Malachi, and Annabel, and has a large loving extended family back in Colorado.

When not tending to church duties, or one of his kids, Pastor Justin can be found out in the church parking lot working on his 1947 Plymouth lowrider, listening to one of his prized vinyl records, or cooking something delicious for his family and friends.

Mrs. Maggie Wyckoff

Mrs. Maggie Wyckoff

Worship Leader

Maggie is a mom and stepmom of six. She homeschools the four still at home and teaches 7th graders through Classical Conversations. She runs a part time life coaching business and can be found working out and writing in her free time.

Maggie has been a volunteer or leader in various church ministries since she was 13 years old, and has a Ministry School certification and a Bachelors in elementary education.
