Our Leadership

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies with an emphasis in Youth Ministry from Grand Canyon University (2017) and a Master’s degree in Apologetics from Luther Rice Seminary (2019). Before coming to Maryland, he served as a Youth Pastor in churches across Colorado and Tennessee.

At The Crossings, Justin serves as an elder and co-pastor. His ministry focus includes administration and church operations, as well as preaching and teaching.

Justin is married to his wife, Maggie, and together they are raising six wonderful children: Sean, Kevin, Alekzander, Micah, Malachi, and Annabel. When he’s not tending to ministry or family, you’ll likely find him in the garage restoring his 1947 Plymouth low rider, spinning a favorite vinyl record, or cooking something delicious to share with loved ones.

Josh and his wife Sarah were married in 2004 and are the proud parents of seven children—Riley, Elijah, Joselyn, Caroline, Alainnah, Aria, and Gus. As a family, they love spending time together crabbing at the beach or camping in the mountains.

Josh trusted in Jesus for salvation and was baptized during his sophomore year of high school. He has served in pastoral ministry for over 15 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in biblical and theological studies. His greatest desire is to help others truly delight in Jesus and grow in joyful, gospel-centered faith.

In addition to serving as Lead Pastor at Hagerstown Church, Josh also serves as a shepherding elder for The Crossings Community Church, providing spiritual oversight and encouragement to our local elder team. His presence ensures external accountability, pastoral support, and gospel alignment as The Crossings continues to grow.

She has been actively involved in church ministry since the age of 13, serving in various volunteer and leadership roles across multiple areas. Maggie holds a Ministry School certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.

In addition to her role at The Crossings, Maggie is a dedicated wife and mother. She and her husband, Pastor Justin Wyckoff, are raising six children and homeschooling the four still at home. She also teaches 7th grade through Classical Conversations and runs a part-time life coaching business focused on helping women grow in purpose and spiritual wholeness.

Outside of ministry and teaching, Maggie enjoys working out, writing, and spending quiet time reflecting on God’s faithfulness.

With a passionate heart for guiding the younger generation, Dylan is ready to enrich the youth community through faith-based teachings and joyful adventures.

At the core of his vision is fostering a deep understanding of the Bible, which he plans to achieve through engaging and inspiring Bible study sessions. However, it is not all study; Dylan plans to emphasize creativity by incorporating a variety of games and activities designed to build strong friendships and spark imagination.

Look forward to adventures outside of regular gatherings, including immersive camps at Skycroft Conference Center: the Winter Camp in January 2026 and the Summer Camp in June 2026. Additionally, the youth are excited for a mission trip to Philadelphia in 2027 where they will have the opportunity to serve and learn in an urban setting.

Dylan invites everyone to join him as they go forth on this fulfilling journey and build a welcoming, dynamic youth community together!

Her vision for The Crossings Youth Ministry is centered on leading the youth and congregation in a God-focused worship experience. She aims to create an atmosphere where the entire congregation can engage in meaningful worship by clearing the way for the Holy Spirit to move. Samya emphasizes singing to God rather than just singing about Him.

She looks forward to serving alongside the young women and men of the ministry as they sing and give praise to the Lord!
