Unstoppable:The Church on Mission

The book of Acts is the story of how the Holy Spirit used ordinary people to launch an extraordinary movement—the Church. From Jerusalem to the ends of the earth, the mission of God moved forward through bold preaching, sacrificial living, and Spirit-empowered obedience. That same mission is still alive today. In this 15-week series, we’ll walk through the book of Acts and discover how God wants to use us—right here, right now—as part of His unstoppable plan to bring hope to the world.

Day 4: Expect God to Move

Scripture: Acts 4:31
When they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken… and they continued to speak the word of God with boldness.

Devotional Thought:
God answered with power. While the “shaking” may look different today, God still fills His people and advances the gospel through praying churches.

Reflection Question:
How would your expectations change if you truly believed God is ready to empower your church today?

Prayer:
Holy Spirit, fill us again. Shake what needs shaking. Make us bold and faithful.
